​I had a fabulous past life regression session from Amy. After the initial consultation, she gently guided me down to a level that enabled me to access the past lives I needed to visit to support me move forward in this life. I was supported in identifying what each past life experience was trying to show me I took note of what my past lives regressions were guiding me to do and put that advice into practice which helped me feel more able to make the next step forward in my life & business. Some of what I experienced was very emotional and Amy gently held space enabling me the time to release beautifully and accept that this was ‘ok’ and necessary to heal & move on.  The energy within the space held by Amy was of a major healing nature and I am grateful for the opportunity to access those lives and gain the healing required.  Throughout the whole experience from Initial discussion to the time after my regression I never felt I was on my own - Thank you Amy I’m sure many people will gain what they need to from a regression session with you .
